Shipping Time:
Delivery within Spain typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your exact location and courier availability. Rural areas or peak seasons may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the courier system.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Customer not being available at the time of delivery

• Failure to collect the package from the courier

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
